How to use
Spray 5-10 times over the body and massage in gently. Nicest after a shower or bath, when the skin is warm. If you like, leave it on for at least 20 minutes and then rinse off, or wipe the oil away with a towel. Do not apply to broken skin or sensitive areas such as around the eyes.

The first few times you may feel a slight tingling; this eases with regular use. Always check the ingredients for allergies before use.
