14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receipt to return your order, without having to give a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal within the EU.

Conditions

• The product is unused and unopened
• Sealed cosmetics that have been opened cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene
• The original packaging is intact

That last point is not a formality: we cannot resell facial or hair care that has been opened.

How to return

1. Write to info@byseline.com with your order number and what you would like to return
2. You receive the return address within one working day
3. Send the parcel with tracking — keep your proof of postage

Return costs

The cost of returning is at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered in error. In that case, we cover the cost.

Refund

After we receive and check the return, we refund within 14 days via your original payment method. The shipping cost of the original order is also refunded in the case of a full return.

Arrived damaged?

Write to us within 7 days with a photo at info@byseline.com. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund without you having to send anything back.
