How to use — bath flakes
Foot bath: dissolve about 150 g of flakes (a full glass) in warm water and soak your feet for at least 20 minutes. Bath: dissolve about 250 g in a warm bath and enjoy for at least 20 minutes. A lovely ritual to treat yourself to a few times a week.

How to use — magnesium oil
Spray 5-10 times over the body and massage in gently. It feels best after a shower or bath, when the skin is warm. Do not apply to broken skin or sensitive areas such as around the eyes. You can wipe the oil off with a towel after massaging it in.

The first few times you may feel a mild tingling; this fades with regular use. Always check the ingredients for allergies before use.
