2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed via byseline.com. By ordering, you accept them.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment.

We do our best to present product information correctly. If an offer contains an obvious error, we are not bound by it.

4. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example in the event of suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable.

5. Payment

Payment is made at checkout, via the methods offered. Processing goes through Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times are indicative. See Shipping and delivery.

Orders may arrive in several parcels when the products come from different brands.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Sealed cosmetics whose seal has been broken are excluded — they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene. See Returns.

8. Conformity and warranty

Our products conform to the contract and to statutory requirements. If a product is defective, contact us within a reasonable time.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Cosmetics are used at your own responsibility; always read the ingredient list if you have known allergies.

10. Complaints

Write to info@byseline.com. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot find a solution together, you can turn to the European ODR (online dispute resolution) platform.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
