Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.99.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Most items then arrive in 5–10 business days; items from our US warehouse often arrive in 2–5 business days. If an item needs to be restocked, shipping can be delayed by up to 14 days. We'll email you if that happens. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away at info@byseline.com. We can only make changes before your order starts processing, usually within a few hours of purchase.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some items ship from different warehouses so they reach you faster. You'll receive tracking for every package.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with original tags within 7 days of delivery. Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and beauty items are final sale. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email info@byseline.com with your order number. We'll send you a return authorization number and the return address.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after your return reaches our warehouse. It goes back to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Products & sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes measurements for that style. If you're between sizes, check the product description for fit notes, or email us and we'll help.
Will an item I want be restocked?
Popular styles are often restocked. Email us and we'll let you know what we can.
Payment & security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Other options, like Shop Pay, appear at checkout when available. Checkout is securely processed by Shopify.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
